Current Positions

Application Support
Primary responsibilities include answering procedural calls from customers and providing suitable solutions on a timely basis.  Testing and researching software problems reported by customers by interacting with the Development Department to provide as much information as possible to help correct the problem and find long-term solutions and/or prevention.

Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or a related field is required. Experience in customer relations, telephone support, or business experience in accounting or inventory control is beneficial.  Must have organization skills, attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize efficiently.

Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst
Immediate opening for candidate experienced with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools namely SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, Microsoft Office Excel, and SharePoint to develop, deliver and support customer workflow and business decision support needs.

Requirements include Bachelor degree in business or information systems with business minor and 3+ years experience with Microsoft BI technologies. Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills and problem analysis skills are a must. Programming experience is a plus. Some travel is required.

Medical Implementer
The Medical Implementer is a member of a team responsible for:

  • Providing on-site customer training/implementation as a trainer, consultant, and advisor to managers and key personnel in the medical industry.
  • Providing pre-implementation and follow-up support to customers throughout the implementation phase.
  • Assisting in the development of training methods and materials for in-house and customer use.
  • Conducting advanced and optional training, audit services, workshops, seminars and webinars.
  • Maintaining administrative records required for new account management.

Requirements include a college degree in Business, Medical or related field. Experience in Pharmacy or Medical fields is preferred. Other requirements include training experience, strong problem-solving skills, computer experience, excellent verbal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month.

Programmer
Develop the software system by adding new applications and improving existing features.  Provide input into software design specifications, analysis, and problem definitions as needed for new application development. Offer new and existing customers quality, error-free software in a cost effective manner.  Continue to improve the system by contributing ideas, features, and enhancements.

Requirements include: BS in Computer Science; proficient with one or more of the following languages: C#, Visual Basic, C/C++, Synergy or ASP; solid understanding of software development in a Windows/SQL environment; proficient using different design methodologies. Familiarity with OpenVMS or UNIX a plus.

Sales and Marketing Manager
Under general direction, leads the Systems Sales and Marketing teams by executing account management strategies that facilitate long-term customer relationships with targeted customers. Plan, forecast, manage and deliver consistent long-term profitable growth. Develop and direct the Systems sales force to be the premier supplier of all TIMS related software products. Responsible for actualizing account management strategies, sales planning, sales pipeline management, sales activity and salesperson development, mentoring and training. Establish and maintain long term customer relationships with key and target owners to influence opportunities. Demonstrate active leadership through participation in trade shows, marketing and sales campaigns and business development. 

Qualifications include: Experience and knowledge in enterprise software solutions, business intelligence, data management and marketing strategies as well as demonstrated sales leadership through revenue growth.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible sales experience, with at least 3 years effectively managing a team of sales professionals. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or related field is required.

Software Tester
The function of this position is to test and document software modifications and to keep systems current with the most recent version of programs.  Test software modifications within predefined deadlines and provide input as to the program design; document software modifications ensuring that the documentation is accurate, written in an organized logical format, and comprehensive and concise; keep customer systems current and changes in the software via the transmission system or providing documentation to the customers when necessary; ability to assess the urgency of issues brought from other groups in order to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science. Experience with business software, business accounting practices, customer relations, software testing or documenting preferred.  Automated testing and programming experience a plus.
